GROUP 1                       Average B&B rate: USD 100-150                                Total available rooms:

In this group superior 3 class hotels are represented. Facilities in some of these hotels can comply with 4 star hotels, but due to the lack of several characteristics, such as space, location etc. they can't be considered as 4 star hotels.
Recommended for business and long stay travelers and small size up-market tourist groups.

GROUP 2                       Average B&B rate: USD 70-120                                  Total available rooms:

In this group are united recently built hotels, which meet 3 star hotel standards. Majority of hotels have a separate electricity supply, have a small size conference halls and business centers.
Recommended for: business and long stay travelers, as well as for small size tourist groups.

GROUP 3                       Average B&B rate: USD 50-60                                    Total available rooms:

In this group we selected private hotels and guesthouses (manly adapted residential-dwelling houses), majority of which offer 4-8 rooms with shared bathroom. The prices include breakfast. These facilities mainly are concentrated in town centers.
Recommended for small size tourist groups and individuals, who prefer to be in touch with local atmosphere and are more flexible and less demanding.

GROUP 4                       Average B&B rate: USD 25-40                                    Total available rooms:

This is the price one can pay for accommodation in family houses (1 - 4 people in each house) for a family or Soviet built and not renewed hotels. In spite of similarities in price, these two types of accommodation are distinctively different. In private houses one can enjoy a family atmosphere, but as a rule its disadvantage is common kitchen, bathroom, sitting room which one has to share with family members. Usually breakfast isn't included in price:
