Mtiuleti, Khevi and Khevsureti Provinces

This tour leads us to Mtiuleti , Khevi and Khevsurety provinces..
You will be able to explore kingdom of towers where traditions and customs are as severe as the countryside itself, visiting Shatili medieval village fortification, 'Giants' settlements' and Anatori vaults with the skeletons of people killed by plague lying on stone shelves.

Tour Schedule:
Day 1 Tbilisi- Kazbegi
Our tour will start in the morning (08:00 or 09:00). Drive along the military highway. En rout visit jvari, mtskheta and Ananuri .
Evening free for walking.

Overnight in the hotel ,,Stephantsminda”.

Day 2 Kazbegi - Gudauri
3-4 hours trekking round trip to visit Trinity church surrounded by the snow-capped mountain Kazbek (Mkinvartsveri), an extinct volcano reaching to 5047 meter;
In afternoon drive to Ski resort Gudauri.

Overnight in the hotel ,,Gudauri”

Day 3 Gudaurii - Shatili
After breakfast depart Gudauri.
Picnic Lunch en route. Late arrival in Shatili . Sightseeing of Shatili architectural complex.
Dinner and overnight in the guesthouse in Shatili .

Day 4 Shatili - Tbilisi
Breakfast. Early departure. Visit Anatori vaults If weather and road conditions permit, drive 12 km to visit architectural complex of Mutso. Instead of driving it is possible to trek as long as you wish or can.
Picnic lunch en rout.
Arrive to Tbilisi.
